Is your service free?
Our comparison service is free. If you sign one of the energy supply contracts we introduce you to we then receive a commission direct from the energy supplier. We will not invoice you for our service.
What suppliers do you use?
We have relationships with all energy suppliers. It is important to note that we are not affiliated to any energy supplier. We are completely independent. This ensures we always support your interests and not the suppliers.

Why do you need a Letter of Authority (LOA)?
We are a registered Third Party Intermediary with all the utility suppliers. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we require a signed authorisation from you allowing us to speak to your supplier about your unit rate, annual consumption and contract status. It is important to note that an LOA does not permit us to make decisions on your behalf or make any changes to your contracts unless you confirm your request in writing (email, fax or letter).
Do you provide Green Energy?
Yes, we can source green energy contracts.
How long does it take to transfer from one supplier to another?
Electricity and Gas transfers are usually complete within 4 weeks. However, your dedicated Account Manager will keep you appraised of any changes in the timescale.
What is the Climate Change Levy?
Introduced on 1st April 2001, the Climate Change Levy (CCL) is a Government tax on industrial and commercial use of energy and is one of the Government's tools for reducing emissions of greenhouse gases.
